City of Wilmington, Delaware
We operate and maintain the City of Wilmington’s wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), combined sewer overflow facilities and its Renewable Energy Biosolids Facility. The WWTP is designed to treat 168 million galls per day (MGD), but sees an average flow of 67 MGD. We’re assisting with near-term optimization and repairs and helping the City plan and execute long-term capital upgrades and facility enhancements. We’re currently facilitating a 10-year $150-million capital improvement program.

Pima County, Arizona

We maintain a safe and comfortable environment for 110 million travelers through Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world’s busiest airport. Our services cover 7.2-million-square-foot Central Passenger Terminal Complex, comprising the landside terminal building, seven concourses, central utility plants, train tunnels and passenger mall, Delta Dash and related building systems.

Florida Turnpike Enterprise, Florida Department of Transportation
Serve as the traffic operations and intelligent transportation systems engineering management general consultant for Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, a division of the Florida Department of Transportation. In this role we manage more than 500 miles of fiber optic network, CCTVs, Dynamic Message Signs, vehicle detection system, wrong way detection devices and other field devices to provide real-time data and visibility to the Turnpike Traffic Management Centers. Additionally, we are currently working to help develop and apply connected and autonomous vehicle systems in the transportation network through testing technology and applications on the system.

Florida Turnpike Enterprise, Florida Department of Transportation
We are also the roadway and facilities maintenance engineering management general consultant to Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. Under this program we provide support to the structures inspection and maintenance program, contract development, administration and management, environmental program oversight, permitting, safety and emergency management for more than 500 miles of toll roads, bridges and infrastructure across the state for the agency.

We’ve supported Lockheed Martin with design, construction management and facility management services since 2013. The 1.1-million-square-foot facility is on a 253-acre site, and the average building age is greater than 30 years. Our facility services include preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance; 24/7 facility maintenance services; call center operations; machine shop repair, HVAC mechanics; carpentry and general craftsmen services; plumbing; planning and scheduling; procurement; subcontract management and minor construction initiatives.

City of Rio Rancho, New Mexico
Complete O&M of the city’s WWTP and water treatment plant (WTP) serving a population of over 100,000. The wastewater system consists of three wastewater treatment facilities, two of which are membrane reactors systems. The water treatment consists of 14 ground water WTPs, 10 arsenic treatment facilities, 9 booster stations and 18 reservoirs.

Johns Creek is one of the largest cities in Georgia. Our work includes transportation planning, traffic engineering, field services, solid waste coordination, stormwater utility management, construction management, capital planning and grant assistance. In recent years, we helped the city win over $140 million in transportation funding from the state. And in 2018, the Public Works Department was named the Public Works Department of the Year by the Georgia Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers.

Greg Fischer, Vice President and Director of Design-Build and OMFS
Greg serves as the Vice President and Director of Design-Build and OMFS, having been with Jacobs for over 17 years. He leads more than 2,700 staff that deliver complex DB, design-build-operate, O&M, and facilities services projects throughout North America. His professional experience spans more than three decades, working in various roles managing design, construction and operation of public and private water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Kevin has 25 years of experience in operations, management and engineering of wastewater treatment systems for public agencies and industries. Today he is responsible for all municipal operations business in the East Region. Jeff has more than 30 years of environmental regulatory experience. As the director of the Compliance and Reporting group, he manages a team of regulatory specialists located throughout the U.S. and is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations at Jacobs-operated drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities. His team performs comprehensive onsite compliance audits, develops and delivers regulatory training programs and provides direct support to the treatment facility managers and staff.
